Bookings can be cancelled through our website or by contacting our support team. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation.
• More than 24 hours before pickup: Partial cancellation fee may apply.
• Within 24 hours of pickup: Higher cancellation charges may be applicable.
• No-show or last-minute cancellation: Booking amount may be non-refundable except security deposit.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after successful cancellation approval.
In case Nexus Cabs is unable to provide the booked vehicle due to technical issues, maintenance, or unavailability, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
Refund eligibility depends on compliance with booking terms, submission of valid documents, and adherence to company policies at the time of booking and cancellation.
In certain cases, reimbursements may be provided for minor expenses incurred during the trip, subject to approval and valid proof of expenses.
Refunds may not be applicable in cases of policy violations, misuse of vehicle, or failure to provide required documents.
